As a Mechanical Project Engineer, you will be responsible for checking design plans from external contractors and offering your advice and suggestions; performing commercial checks and procurement of mechanical equipment; sourcing sub-contractors, liaising and negotiating with them; placing orders on labour; compiling cross-plans for your jobs and visiting site`s in order to monitor their progress. This is an office based position but as a project progresses, you will be visiting sites more often.
